J PROJECT PLATFORM uses one J Account to identify you across independent Projects. Each Project stores only the operational information it needs and connects it using your permanent platform user ID.
Information we process
Account details, verification and security events, Project access, purchases or subscriptions, notification preferences, messages you send, and Project-specific records you choose to create.
How we protect it
Passwords are hashed; secret credentials are not displayed; sessions, one-time SSO codes, rate limits, two-factor authentication, audit logs and access controls protect the Platform. Sensitive Project records remain separated.
Your choices
You may change your profile, language, optional notifications and active sessions from J Account. You may request deletion, subject to legal, security, payment and fraud-prevention retention requirements.
